Directions from I-84 coming from EAST of West Hartford:
• Take I-84 toward HARTFORD to Exit 43, WEST HARTFORD CENTER/PARK ROAD.
• At bottom of exit ramp, turn LEFT onto PARK ROAD and follow signs to WEST HARTFORD CENTER.
• Turn RIGHT onto SOUTH MAIN STREET.
• Drive about 1/2 mile to WEST HARTFORD CENTER and turn LEFT onto FARMINGTON AVENUE.
• At second traffic light, turn LEFT onto LASALLE ROAD.
• 65 LASALLE ROAD is on the RIGHT with an entrance between Webster Bank and Becker's Jewelers.
• FREE PATIENT PARKING is available in the building's parking
lot. To enter it, turn RIGHT on ARAPAHOE ROAD and RIGHT again
into the parking lot. We recommend that you bear left after
entering the lot and drive to the rear of the building for
parking. As our patients, you are authorized to park in the
lot. Enter the building through the rear lobby.
• Take the elevator to the SECOND FLOOR. We are in SUITE 219,
which is the second door from the right from the rear elevator.
If you entered at the front, our door is toward the rear of the main
hallway on the left.

lot. We recommend that you bear left after entering the lot and
