Directions:

Directions from Simsbury:
1. Take CT-185 over Simsbury Mountain.
2. Turn RIGHT onto N MAIN ST/CT-218.
3. Continue down N MAIN ST for approximately 3-1/2 miles to FARMINGTON AVENUE.
4. Turn RIGHT onto FARMINGTON AVENUE.
5. At 2nd traffic light, turn LEFT onto LASALLE ROAD

Directions from Avon:
1. Take US-44 over Avon Mountain.
2. US-44/AVON MOUNTAIN RD becomes US-44/ALBANY AVE.
3. Turn RIGHT onto N MAIN ST.
4. Continue down N MAIN ST for 1-1/2 miles to FARMINGTON AVENUE.
5. At 2nd traffic light, turn LEFT onto LASALLE ROAD.

FOLLOW CONTINUING DIRECTIONS BELOW**

Alternate directions from Avon:
1.  Take US-44 over Avon Mountain.
2.  Turn RIGHT onto MOUNTAIN ROAD and continue for about 2 miles.
3.  Turn LEFT onto FARMINGTON AVENUE and continue for about 1 mile.
4.  Turn RIGHT onto LASALLE ROAD.

FOLLOW CONTINUING DIRECTIONS BELOW**

Directions from Farmington:
1. Take FARMINGTON AVE/CT-4 towards WEST HARTFORD CENTER.
2. Turn RIGHT onto LASALLE ROAD.

Directions via I-84 coming from EAST of West Hartford:
1. Take I-84 toward HARTFORD to Exit 43, WEST HARTFORD CENTER/PARK RD.
2. At bottom of exit ramp, turn LEFT onto PARK RD and follow signs to W HARTFORD CENTER.
3. Turn RIGHT onto S MAIN ST.
4. Drive about 1/2 mile to W HARTFORD CENTER and turn LEFT onto FARMINGTON AVE.
5. At second traffic light, turn LEFT onto LASALLE ROAD.

FOLLOW CONTINUING DIRECTIONS BELOW**

Directions via I-84 coming from WEST of West Hartford:
1. Take I-84 toward HARTFORD to Exit 41, SOUTH MAIN STREET
2. At top of exit ramp, turn LEFT onto S. MAIN ST. and follow signs to W HARTFORD CENTER.
3. Drive about 2 miles and turn LEFT onto FARMINGTON AVE.
4. At second traffic light, turn LEFT onto LASALLE ROAD.

FOLLOW CONTINUING DIRECTIONS BELOW**

Alternate Directions from I-84:  Follow Steps 1-3 and continue as below:
4.  From S. MAIN ST heading north, turn LEFT onto ELLSWORTH AVENUE.
5.  Go one block and turn RIGHT onto LASALLE ROAD.
6.  Go one block and turn LEFT onto ARAPAHOE ROAD, turn RIGHT into Webster Bank Parking lot. Entrances into 65 LASALLE Road are in both the front and back of the building.
7. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor.  We are in Suite 219, towards the rear of the main hallway: on the left from the front of the building; 2nd door on the right from the rear elevator.

Directions from Hartford:
1. Come into West Hartford via FARMINGTON AVE.
2. After you cross over N MAIN STREET, turn LEFT at the second traffic light onto LASALLE ROAD.

**CONTINUING DIRECTIONS from FARMINGTON AVENUE, onto LASALLE ROAD:
1. 65 LASALLE ROAD is on the RIGHT, between Webster Bank and Becker's Jewelers. 
Free patient parking is just beyond the building in the Webster Bank parking lot. 
2. TURN RIGHT onto ARAPAHOE ROAD and RIGHT again into the parking lot.  There are entrances into the building and elevators in both the front and back of the building.
3. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor.  We are in Suite 219, towards the rear of the main hallway: on the left from the front of the building; 2nd door on the right from the rear elevator.
