The connection between the handlebars and the front wheel loosens leading to loss of control, crashes, and falls. The clamping bolts connecting the handlebars to the front wheel become loose.

About 1080 of these bicycles were sold in the United States and 31 were sold in Canada at independent bike dealers in Bromton Junction stores nationwide and online at us.brompton.com.
