The CPSC and Backyard Play Systems are recalling Backyard Play Systems Turbo Racer, Cloud Racer, Captain’s Fort and Fort Highlander Outdoor Playsets. The wooden roof reinforcements and the decorative gable are an entrapment hazard for children as they may become trapped between the lower roof and the gable decoration. About 5100 of these structures were sold in the US and 200 were sold in Canada. Immediately stop using these playsets and contact Backyard Play Systems at 1-866-890-2211 or via email at customerservice@backyard-play.com for a free repair kit. If you are unable to repair the unit yourself, the company with send out a person to perform the repair free of charge.

The CPSC and Kubota recall the Kubota RTV-X1100C Model Utility Vehicles, model years 2013 through 2021. The floor mats sold with these vehicles tend to warp interfering with the throttle pedal movement leading to crashes and injuries. About 48,875 of these off-road vehicles were sold. Immediately stop using these vehicles and contact your authorized Kubota dealer. The dealer will secure either your existing floormat or a new floormat to the vehicle floor using rivets.

These heaters have defective Emerson control valves that may fail to properly close permitting soot to collect on the burner with carbon monoxide emissions. About 168 of these burners were sold in the US but 10,832 were sold in Canada. Stop using these water heaters without monitoring them using a carbon monoxide monitor until Usines Giant Factories has replaced the Emerson control valve free of charge.
