GOPO Toys Pull String Teething Toy Have Choking Strings

The toy’s silicone strings can extend too far into a child’s throat creating a serious choking hazard and risk of respiratory distress. Affected: batch numbers 250905, 250530, 250120, 240315, 231005, and 230610.
About 70,410 teething toys were sold by Amazon.com from August 2023 through March 2026.
Stop using this teething toy and take it away from children. To receive a full refund, contact GOPO Toys at 1-800-445-2344, via email at recalls@gopotoys.com, or online at recall.gopotoys.com. You will have to cut all silicone strings, write “DESTROYED” on the main body of the toy with permanent marker, and email a photo of the destroyed toy. After submitting the photo, dispose of the toy.

They violate the federal dive sticks regulation by exceeding the allowable compression limit creating an impalement hazard. Children can suffer serious piercing injuries if they fall onto the sticks in shallow water, and facial or eye injuries can occur while retrieving them underwater. Affected: Sloosh Dive Sticks, model 40041 sold in Sloosh Water Toys packages prior to October 23, 2025.
About 254,000 dive sticks were sold through Amazon.com, Temu.com, Wayfair.com, Plus.Target.com, and SHEIN.com from February 2019 through October 2025.
Stop using these recalled dive sticks, take them away from children, and dispose of them. About 86,040 bowls were sold through HSN.com, HSN televised shopping programs, and HSN digital shopping platforms from July 2023 through February 2026.

Affected: JOJ Drive2 AC-L and J5B Drive2 AC-L Li Fleet Golf Cars.
About 8,650 golf cars were sold in the United States and about 700 were sold in Canada through Yamaha Golf Car dealers nationwide from March 2021 through September 2024.
Stop using these recalled golf cars and contact an authorized Yamaha Golf Car dealer to schedule a free inspection of the passenger-side brake cable routing. If the cable was misrouted, the dealer will replace it at no cost. If you cannot transport the golf car to a dealer, Yamaha will arrange transportation or perform the inspection and repair at the golf car’s location.
