About 10,040 dressers were sold exclusively on Amazon.com from May 2025 through March 2026.
Stop filling and using these recalled dressers if they are not anchored to a wall and place them where children cannot access them. These copper drinking cups contain high levels of lead, creating a risk of serious injury or death from lead poisoning. Lead is toxic when ingested for both adults but particularly for children as it damages their developing neurologic systems. The recall applies only to the copper drinking cup.
The recalled lunch boxes were sold online through the Flashgitz Shop on various online platforms from September 2025 through October 2025.
If you have one of these lunch boxes, stop using the copper cup immediately and do not drink from it. Iceberg lettuce and shredded iceberg lettuce products sourced from Central Mexico are contaminated with Cyclospora, a parasite that can cause prolonged intestinal illness. Symptoms include diarrhea, stomach cramps, bloating, nausea, vomiting, headache, fever, body aches, fatigue, weight loss, and loss of appetite. If untreated, the illness can last for weeks and may relapse. Affected: Multiple food-service and retail products sold under the CV, JB, MARK, MKTSD, PK, SUB, SY, and TF brands, including shredded lettuce, salad mixes, chopped lettuce, and retail iceberg lettuce. Products carry best-by dates from July 16 through August 3, 2026.
The affected products were sold from June 29 through July 16, 2026 in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
